Shipping Times
Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent for processing. Processing typically takes 5 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.
Shipping Time: After processing, estimated shipping times are as follows:

Total Delivery Time: Total delivery time is the sum of processing and shipping time. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and weight or dimensions of the products. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Customs and Import Fees For international orders, customs duties and import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are set by your local government and are the customer's responsibility. Most standard jewelry orders are low value and unlikely to incur significant fees.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your order. Once an order is placed, shipping address changes cannot be accommodated. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at alreschaconnect@gmail.com. We reserve the right to require proof of non-delivery (such as a carrier investigation report) before issuing a replacement or refund.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from shipping delays.
