1. Overview This policy outlines the conditions under which Alrescha accepts returns and issues refunds. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to the terms set out below. Where applicable, this policy is subject to and does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Canadian Consumer Protection Act, and equivalent legislation in other regions.

2. Original & Custom Pieces All original and custom-made pieces are final sale. Due to the unique and personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the case of a defective or damaged item as outlined in Section 4.

3. Ready-Made Pieces (Signature Collection)We accept returns on ready-made items from our Signature Collection within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging intact. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

4. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Defective or damaged items are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of collection type. We require your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos to process your claim.

5. Exchanges We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is defective or damaged, in which case Alrescha will cover return shipping costs.

7. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, at your preference. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

8. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that are used, worn, or not in their original condition
  • Items returned without prior authorization from Alrescha

9. International Orders For customers outside of Canada, please note that local consumer protection laws in your country may grant you additional rights. We will always aim to resolve any issue fairly and in good faith. Customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

10. Limitation of Liability Alrescha's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

11. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
